  4. Cut the meat from the side of the thigh with the most meat, and then cut it into roughly ½-inch pieces.
  5. Set your medium bowl under the grinder outlet. Start feeding the thighs through the grinder.
  6.  Add the liver, heart, and fish oil capsules at intervals to the grinder
  7. Add the mixture, the chunked meat, and the psyllium husk
  8. Portion the mixture into a glass or plastic containers
